Shipping is free for all orders over £65 and a £5 flat fee for orders under £65. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. All shipments include a tracking number so you can follow your orders journey from us to you. Some shipments may experience delays when passing through customs. Please keep this in mind when calculating shipping times.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We happily offer store credits if you purchase a product that’s not right for you. Please note, your product must be unused and returned within 30 days of your order being delivered. Unfortunately used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Any damaged or faulty products will be replaced when reported within 14 days of receiving.
